Job Description

As a sales professional at Comcast, drive innovation and create world-class entertainment and online experiences. Responsible for sales strategy and prospecting complex enterprise customers. Deliver live sales presentations, develop client relationships, and position Comcast as key components of the sales strategy. In-depth experience and skills in own discipline, with a focus on exceeding departmental financial and unit targets. Develop strategic partnerships, cultivate local partnerships and affiliations, and promote the Comcast brand within the territory. Retain customer base by delivering exceptional customer experience and maintain accurate sales records. Demonstrates expertise in Network Design, MAN technologies, and Ethernet, as well as excellent verbal and written skills for presenting, persuading, and negotiating. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Employees at all levels are expected to understand operating principles, own the customer experience, know their stuff, win as a team, be an active part of the Net Promoter System, drive results and growth, respect and promote inclusion and diversity, and do what's right for each other and our communities. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of relevant work experience.
