Job OverviewWe are seeking several CRNAs for our Surgical Services team at UPMC Susquehanna in Williamsport, PA.This role offers flexible 8-10-12-hour shifts with sign-on bonuses available. Our team provides anesthesia care in cooperation with supervising physicians, ensuring patient safety and comfort during surgery.Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer comprehensive health and welfare benefits, work-life balance with PTO, wellness programs, and paid parental leave.Career path with growth opportunities is also available.ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for administering anesthesia and related care in pre-anesthetic, induction, maintenance, emergence, and post-anesthesia phases.They will participate in Quality Improvement processes, teach and evaluate newly-hired CRNAs, GRNAs, and SRNAs, and manage controlled substances per policy and guidelines.RequirementsGraduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia programKnowledge of controlled substance policiesMaster's degree preferredRegistered Nurse license in Pennsylvania, Board Certified or eligible by the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists, CPR, ACLS, PALS certifications as required, and Act 33 and Act 34 clearances with renewal are also required.
