Architectural Technician (AutoCAD & Revit)
Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technician with demonstrated experience in AutoCAD and Revit to join their team. This role plays a key part in developing architectural drawings, technical details, and construction documentation. They are looking for someone who is not only technically proficient but also a strong communicator and team collaborator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and technical documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Assist in design development, from concept to construction documents.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Revise drawings and documentation based on feedback and changes.
- Any other duties that may be assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering or Design Technology (preferred)
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technician or similar role.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Architectural Technician or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is a must.
- Strong understanding of architectural design and construction practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working on commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
- Knowledge of other BIM or 3D modeling tools a plus.
Location: In Office
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 per year (based on experience)
