Duties:Mindfully serve alcoholic beverages with a keen sense of judgementEstablish consistent communication with FOH, BOH, the beverage team, and managementProvide attentive service while anticipating needsMaintain bar cleanliness and organizationBuild and maintain good rapport with regular customersOffer menu insight and recommendations when appropriateWrite a weekly schedule for bar staffMaintain an orderly and cost efficient inventory of liquor and beer as well as bar suppliesSchedule draft line cleanings with proper techniciansCurate spirit selection and lead staff training one sprits/cocktails when appropriatePlace all liquor and beer orders as well as necessary bar supplies (bitters, citrus, garnishes, etc)Skills:Previous experience in high volume, craft cocktail establishmentWine and beer knowledge, craft cocktail knowledge5+ years of bartending and serving experience preferredMust have a personable demeanor, friendly personality and strong communication skillsStrong organizational skillsCleanliness in both appearance and station management
