Join Reliatus Behavioral Health in Westfield, MA as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work closely with clients, families, and professionals to assess and implement behavior intervention plans. The BCBA will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with other professionals to make meaningful changes in clients' lives.Responsibilities include:Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.Implementing and monitoring behavior intervention programs with a focus on measurable outcomes.Supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.Providing ongoing support, guidance, and feedback to clients' families.Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to make informed treatment decisions.Collaborating with other professionals and community members involved in clients' care.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.Ensuring compliance with all ethical guidelines and state regulations.Qualifications include:Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a clinical or educational setting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Commitment to ethical practice and professionalism.The position offers a competitive salary ($90,000 - $100,000 based on experience), comprehensive health insurance options, paid time off, and ongoing professional development opportunities.Reliatus Behavioral Health is committed to providing a supportive and collaborative environment for its team members.
