Minimum Requirements:
- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days
- Jail/inpatient (3 days/week) Forensic/outpatient (2 days/week)
- 10 - 13 patients per day
- Adult patients
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
