Transforming Healthcare TogetherWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Director of Patient Care to join our team at Prisma Health. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an acute inpatient setting.Responsibilities:Provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an acute inpatient settingFoster patient/family centered careDevelop and implement evidence-based practices and research in all areas of the nursing processMonitor quality of care delivered and ensure appropriate surveillance of assigned patientsCollaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordinationAccountabilities:Collect and document patient data and complete nursing assessments utilizing appropriate area and/or age specific standards/policies and toolsDevelop individual patient plans of care based on assessed needs and validate priorities with the healthcare teamEvaluate patient response to interventions and revise plans of care as neededCommunicate patient/family education needs to others in the healthcare continuumRequirements:Associate's Degree in Nursing1 year experience as a registered nurseLicensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South CarolinaPrisma Health:We are a not-for-profit health organization dedicated to transforming healthcare for the benefit of our communities.
