We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Team Leader to join Blue Tuba's kitchen team.
Culinary Team Leaders play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our kitchen staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, and contributing to the creation of seasonal menus inspired by European culinary traditions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in European cuisine and cooking techniques, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
