Schedule: Full-time 4 OR 5 days Monday-Thursday

Lauren K. Dickens, DMD
Dr. Dickens grew up in Destin, Florida, but resides in Gainesville with her husband and dog. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys ballet, Ultimate Frisbee, and cooking.
Sabrina A. Diaz, DMD
When she's not in the office, Dr. Diaz enjoys traveling with her husband, exercising, watching movies, and playing board games with her family and friends.
Bakr Jandali, DMD
Dr. Jandali is an active member of the American Association of Endodontics (AAE), the American Dental Association (ADA), and the Florida Dental Association (FDA). Outside of dentistry, Dr. Jandali is extremely passionate about tennis and watches just about every match he can. He plays sports as much as possible and loves to stay active and work out. Cooking is another big hobby of Dr. Jandali’s. He and his fiancée love trying out new recipes and cuisines.

University Family Dentistry , like each Heartland Dental supported office, is unique to the community and the patients they serve. Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene OR equivalent experience of 1-2 years
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene OR equivalent experience of 1-2 years
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
- Clinical needs as required by office
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
