This individual will be responsible for developing large-scale, multi-market advertising solutions that help brands and businesses reach customers in their retail trading areas.Key ResponsibilitiesDirectly manage a team of 6 advertising account executives located in Oak Brook, IL and Southfield, MI.Oversee the hiring, training, evaluating, and assisting of a motivated staff to carry out advertising sales functions.Develop relationships with advertising agencies and clients in the marketplace alongside sales team members.Coach advertising account executives to develop media campaigns that meet agency needs, client goals, and budget requirements.Create a positive, winning sales culture where media industry expertise and sales skills are continually growing and developing.Work collaboratively with sellers and partner teams to develop business pitches and sales presentations that support the product value proposition.Provide regular sales forecasting and business reviews.Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.
