High Desert Devo is actively seeking to hire a full-time Executive Director. Our Executive Director will play a crucial role in helping us continue our mission of empowering the youth in Montezuma County. This position focuses on developing a lifelong passion for cycling among young people! We invite you to come join our dedicated team, help us lead High Desert Devo, and bring even more enthusiasm and excitement to our community. The Executive Director is responsible for ensuring the longevity of the program and building financial security through programming, grants and fundraising events. Experience with community engagement, event planning, grant writing and reporting preferred. Must have willingness to support diversity, equity and inclusion in the programming. Preference for candidates in, or willing to reside in, Montezuma County (Cortez, Mancos, Dolores or Towaoc).
