Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Garde Manger to join our culinary team. As a critical member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating dishes, as well as maintaining a pristine kitchen environment.

About the Job

In this role, you will work closely with our executive chef to prepare and present exquisite dishes to our discerning guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that every dish that leaves the kitchen meets our high standards.

You will also be responsible for organizing ingredients, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and collaborating with other members of the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Garde Manger in a fine dining restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of classical French cuisine and modern techniques
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
