Job Description
Position Title: Finisher
Wage: $19.00/hour
Shift: 3rd
Hours: 9:00pm 5:30am (Sunday Thursday) OR 6:00pm 4:30m (Monday Thursday or Sunday Wednesday); Overtime as Needed

Finisher Responsibilities:
- Perform visual and dimensional inspection of castings
- Mark defects and discard defective castings into the designated scrap box
- Operate trim press to remove excess material
- Remove fins and other irregularities from castings using hand and power tools
- Adjust and change cutter heard to proper specifications as necessary and record data
- Arrange for machine repairs by contacting supervisor or Maintenance Department personnel as necessary
- Exceed customer quality and service expectations through attention to detail
- Exhibit superior safety practices, evidenced by outstanding housekeeping
Requirements for Finisher:
- Able to perform repetitive bending, twisting, lifting, and reaching
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Able to perform prolonged standing for 8-10 hour shift
- Able to work in a fast-paced, hot environment
- Able to lift up to 45lbs repetitively throughout shift
- Continuous mental and visual attention
