As a Floor Manager, you will lead a Front of House team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests. Key responsibilities include overseeing recruiting and onboarding, training, and delegating work assignments. You will engage team members, develop customer relationships, and address guest concerns in a timely manner. The ideal candidate has 2+ yrs fast-paced, fine-dining management experience, strong knowledge of industry trends and POS systems, and proven ability to oversee cost control and labor management. You will work weekends, nights, and holidays, and have extensive knowledge of wine and wine service techniques.
