Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Home Care by Black Stone. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality clinical services to patients in their homes, working closely with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care.The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering compassionate and personalized care, with excellent communication and documentation skills.
