Job OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to provide personalized care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families in need.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care as determined by a professional clinical provider, addressing the unique needs and circumstances of each individual.Perform delegated tasks as authorized by the clinical provider, utilizing your skills and experience to deliver high-quality care.Maintain a safe, healthy, and comfortable environment for patients, performing routine household tasks as instructed.Document patient status and care provided, submitting records in a timely manner according to agency guidelines.RequirementsCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification, or Eligibility for HHA Certification.Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.Maturity and effective communication skills to address delivery of services.Reliable transportation to patients' homes.Work ScheduleMonday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional Sundays and holidays.Estimated Salary Range$45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.
