Job Description
Nationally recognized hospital is seeking a 7th hospitalist to join their collegial and collaborative group.
Practice Details:
•Established team of 6 hospitalists looking to add another due to a recent retirement
•7-on/7-off schedule with 8 and/or 12-hour shifts offered
•22-24 weeks per year is considered full-time - always able to pick up additional shifts, if interested
•Around 13-16 patients evaluated per shift
•Hospital is the first in Minnesota history to be named a Top 20 Rural and Community Hospital in the country
•Nearly 50 providers have been added over the last 7 years for consistent and sustainable growth
Compensation & Benefits:
•Employed position with a salary paid on per shift basis - over $335K for 169 shifts/year
•Comprehensive benefits include $50K sign-on package, full family medical coverage, matching retirement plan of 11% and more
