We are seeking an exceptional Host to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will provide top-notch customer service, ensuring a warm and inviting experience for all guests.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests, handling table reservations and walk-ins with efficiency and professionalism.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Cash Handling: Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions efficiently.
- Table Management: Manage tables effectively, ensuring prompt seating and efficient table turns.
Requirements
To be successful as a Host at Sfoglina Van Ness, you should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
