Responsibilities include loading and unloading parts, maintaining cleanliness of the paint area, managing paint inventory, and upholding quality standards. Must be a self-starter and fast learner.</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Inspect, clean, and prepare surfaces for painting.</li><li>Apply masking tape and mix coating liquids.</li><li>Ensure full coverage and high-quality paint jobs.</li><li>Clean and maintain spraying equipment and paint area.</li><li>Load and move materials using various equipment.</li><li>Stage parts for assembly and perform final touch-ups.</li><li>Communicate effectively and follow procedures.</li><li>Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>At least one year of painting experience.</li><li>General hand tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude.</li><li>Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift and move materials, and maintain stamina throughout the workday.</li></ul><p><strong>Join the team and contribute to high-quality products in a supportive environment.
