The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the culinary arts, specifically Italian cuisine, and be well-versed in menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership.About Friedmans Restaurant Group:A leading restaurateur with 3+ years of experience in Italian cuisine.Skilled in creative menu development and implementation.Proven track record in BOH hiring, training, and management.Ability to guide kitchen teams while maintaining high standards.Experience in purchasing and managing profitable food costs.An 'all hands on deck' attitude, willing to pitch in and execute tasks as needed.Compensation Package: We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and professional development.
