Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items according to standardized recipes
- Safely use and operate necessary tools and equipment, including knives
- Follow portioning controls and par levels
- Maintain food safety and quality standards
- Communicate food delays or issues to your Line Chef
- Maintain menu item counts and communicate to Management and service staff
- Accurately account for all items coming out of the station
- Understand and follow food allergy procedure and special orders/restrictions
- Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
- Be a team player
- Perform other duties as needed
