Travel Requirements: 20-25 patients weekly, 4-5 visits per day on average. It can vary from 25-60 miles per day depending on the territory, patient census, staff availability, etc. Mileage can be up to and over 100 miles as it is a large territory. Mileage reimbursement at current government rate. Minimum experience: 1 year home health experience required, 2+ years preferred. At least one previous travel contract required. Experience with Oasis and Epic required.
