Job Description
We are seeking an Emergency Medicine physician for a locum tenens opportunity in Poplar Bluff, MO. The job involves inpatient coverage, with a patient volume of up to 20 patients per day. The shift schedule is a mix of 7a-7p, 7p-7a, 10a-10p, and 1p-9p. The facility has a Level II trauma designation and a Labor and Delivery department on site. The EMR system is Cerner. Support staff includes 3 APPs. The position requires clinical only coverage with specialty backup in Anesthesia, CT Surgery, Cath Lab, Vascular Surgery, Gen Surgery, Lab, Ortho Surgery, and Radiology.
