Dates listed below! 6am Monday Nov 18th – 7am Friday Nov 22nd 7am Wednesday Nov 27th – 7am Monday December 2nd 7am Wednesday December 18th – 7am Monday December 23rd 7am Monday December 23rd – 7am Friday December 27th Nursery Level I - Routine newborn care required Documentation system is CPSI/EVIDENT *Please Note: Car fuel mileage hotel is a 150 cap including taxesrental must be refueled before being returned McLaren does NOT reimburse Med Staff FeesNo lodging booked through 3rd party websites ie expedia kayak etcMcLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodgingMalpractice rates MUST be included in the rate Orientation rate is 1/2 the hourly rate ALL providers for McLaren Flint are to stay at the McLaren Flint Hospitality House only. Prior approval is required for alternate lodging.
