As an LPN, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate and personalized support to residents across various age groups.ResponsibilitiesProvide professional nursing care for residents under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.Demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles and competencies specific to the long-term care setting.Administer medications, treatments, and perform testing as ordered by healthcare professionals.Contribute to the assessment of residents and document interactions, outcomes, and resident care.Maintain effective working relationships with healthcare providers, residents, and family members.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have:A valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing Board certification.Graduated from an accredited practical nursing program.Possession of IV therapy/management skills (if required).Completed required continuing education units (CEU) and competency training.What We OfferAs a valued member of our team, you can expect:A competitive salary range of $24.00 - $36.00 per hour.An estimated annual salary of $49,472.00 - $74,784.00 based on 40 hours per week.A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and more.Please note that this estimate may vary based on individual circumstances and work schedule.
