Located in Moses Lake, WA
Salary: $25-$35/hour, DOE
Maintenance Mechanic or Technician
Location: Moses Lake and Surrounding area
Pay: $25-$35 an hour, DOE
We are hiring maintenance mechanics and technicians for a few local companies in Moses Lake, Warden, Quincy, and Othello. This person would perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment/machines and facilities, including machine maintenance, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, production equipment, and other building systems!
Responsibilities Include:
- Inspecting and identifying equipment or machines in need of repair
- Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs
- Plan repair work using the building's blueprints, maintenance plans, or equipment manuals
- Assist in long-term maintenance and repair forecasting and budgets
- Completes necessary training
- Perform general repairs as needed
- Order and inventory supplies and materials
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Moderate analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of construction, welding, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools
Qualifications/Experience:
- 2+ years in maintenance
- Maintenance experience in production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred
Schedule:
- Various shifts. Monday through Friday
