Job OverviewThis role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to a dynamic healthcare team.The Medical Assistant will work closely with physicians and nurses to provide high-quality support services, ensuring a seamless patient experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in coordinating patient care, including preparing patients for examinations and procedures, and recording vital signs and medical information.Collect and process specimens, perform electrocardiograms and phlebotomy as required, and maintain accurate laboratory records.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement treatment plans and ensure effective communication.Maintain a clean and organized environment, restocking supplies and equipment as needed.Perform administrative tasks, such as filing medical records and processing insurance forms.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Medical Assistant training program or relevant experience preferred.Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, and laboratory procedures essential.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.CompensationA competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
