AdventHealth Medical Group East FLThe AdventHealth Medical Group East FL is seeking a highly skilled Medical Group Operations Manager to join our team.About the RoleThis role will be responsible for directing and supervising the day-to-day functions of assigned HCP Physician Practices in accordance with federal, state, local standards and AdventHealth Corporate guidelines and regulations.The successful candidate will oversee the start-up of new physician practices, manage offices in a cost-effective and efficient manner, ensure high-quality care in a courteous and friendly atmosphere, and maintain compliance with department policy and procedure.Key ResponsibilitiesManage operations of multiple physician practices to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.Develop and implement business strategies to improve revenue cycle management, human resources, and overall practice performance.Supervise staff to ensure they provide high-quality care and adhere to established policies and procedures.Coordinate the hiring process for new employees, complete performance evaluations, and provide recognition and opportunities for learning to ensure employee engagement and job performance.Maintain current job descriptions, competency assessments, and performance evaluations for each staff position.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:A bachelor's degree in any related field or a minimum of three years' of relevant supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.A minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a physician group practice or clinic.Degree in health or business administration preferred.BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.Please note that the salary range reflects the anticipated base pay range for this position, and individual compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors within this pay range.
