We are seeking an experienced Medical Professional to join our team at the Med Surg Tele Unit II-MPH in Morton Plant.Estimated Salary$84,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experienceJob DescriptionThe Clinical Nurse II will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working independently to manage a group of patients using the nursing process and clinical standards. This role requires delegation of patient care activities to other members of the healthcare team and professional accountability and development.Responsibilities:Independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the healthcare team.Responsible for professional accountability and development.Performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.Requirements:BLS (Basic Life Support)RN (Registered Nurse)ACLS (Cardiovascular) if required by departmentPreferred Nurse SpecialtyEducation:Associate's Nursing or Diploma NursingPreferred Bachelor's NursingExperience:Required experience includes 1 year RN Acute Care experienceOR 6 months RN Acute Care experience with prior LPN experience and completed competency assessment.Facility Information:BayCare Health System, Med Surg Tele Unit II-MPHLocation: Morton PlantShift Hours: 6:45pm - 7:15amWeekend Work: Every 3rdOn Call: NoHow often will this team member be working remotely?
