Job Description
Frankies Nashville, a modern Italian-American restaurant in the heart of Nashville, is seeking Line & Pizza Cooks to join our team. With nearly two decades of experience serving impossibly delicious takes on Italian-American cuisine, we're excited to bring our legendary concept to Music City.
As a Line & Pizza Cook, you'll work under the Executive Chef & Sous Chefs to execute lunch and/or dinner service. You'll understand the processes and recipes and execute them to the Frankies Standards. Our ideal candidate is a pro-active problem solver who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for Italian-American cuisine. Bonus points if you have experience with pizza!
The successful candidate will maintain a clean work station and abide by all department of health protocol. They'll also be able to properly open and close physical operation with a shift supervisor and/or manager. Occasionally, they'll assist Executive Chef & Sous Chefs with monthly product inventory.
