We are committed to innovation and excellence, and we're always looking for talented individuals to help us achieve our goals.Job Summary:The Network Performance Specialist will be responsible for supporting frontline operations of syndicated partner DAA tools focused on monitoring and alerting network performance. This includes creation and distribution of materials supporting syndicated tools, creating and conducting training on operational best practices for syndicated DAA as needed, and maintaining partner frontline user guides for DAA network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.Key Responsibilities:Support Syndication DAA program for MVPDOS Frontline Operations.Create and distribute materials supporting syndicated tools.Create and conduct training on operational best practices for syndicated DAA as needed.Maintain partner frontline user guides for DAA network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.Act as MVPDOS Frontline Operations DAA subject matter expert and syndication partner POC.Drive issues through closure engaging all appropriate resources.Lead technical bridges and provide troubleshooting direction.Provide guidance and recommended solutions to complex technical issues.Act as an advocate for Engineering Operations procedures, policies, and processes.Create data and metric systems to track operational workflows.Analyze data and metrics, identify problem areas, and provide actionable insight to management.Provide input to Engineering and vendors on defects and required enhancements.Perform complex and routine maintenance tests for designated areas of engineering.Identify, isolate, and escalate issues to appropriate personnel.Ensure that all maintenance is properly validated to minimize subscriber impact.Contribute to design considerations for new products or architectural changes to existing products.Assist with or lead efforts to build new application infrastructure, coordinating efforts across teams.Analyses problems in design, configuration, data flow, and data state within a highly complex multi-product provisioning system.Serve as team lead on multiple projects, often spanning different engineering disciplines within the organization.Lead the integration of projects into operations including instrumentation, automation, standardization, and methods/procedures.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent.5-7 years of relevant work experience.Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting is strongly preferred.Strong understanding of FDD/FDX networks.Skilled in Technical Document creation (Power Point/Word).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
