About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Neuro Med/Surg Registered Nurse to join our team at South Shore Health, working full-time night shifts. As a member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive work environment.Job Summary:Provide individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care through the use of the nursing process.Manage medication administration, documenting accurate records and following hospital policies and procedures.Develop, evaluate, and update individualized plans of care for patients, ensuring effective communication with families and healthcare teams.Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and regulatory standards.Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to a culture of safety and excellence.Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:A graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing.Previous acute care RN experience, preferably in a neuro med/surg setting.A valid RN license and certifications as required by the facility (BLS, ACLS, etc.).Estimated Salary RangeThe estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.About South Shore HealthSouth Shore Health is a leading healthcare provider in the region, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting community health.
