POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager oversees operations within the physician practices of the Medical Group. This role leads and works with colleagues by providing supervision and direction around practice operations. This role ensures patient access, financial performance, efficient operations, effective growth, colleague development, and optimal patient experience takes place.
Minimum Education
Associates Degree in a health-related field or 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
Minimum Experience
1 year of relevant experience in healthcare supervisory roles directing others' work is required.
