We deliver a platform helping Nurse Practitioners build and operate independent primary care practices they own and participate in ACOs. We make long-term commitments with our partner practices to serve the communities we engage in. We align our incentives with those of practice owners.Key Qualifications:Clinical Experience: 5+ years as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care.Leadership: Experience leading and mentoring junior Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants.Commitment: Demonstrated dedication to whole-person care and value-based care.Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Mindset: Curiosity, a growth mindset, and interest in growing as a community leader.Collaboration and Community: Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and community partners.Licensure: Licensed in Massachusetts.This is an exciting opportunity to learn new skills, grow and operate independently as a Nurse Practitioner and entrepreneur. With support from Villagers, the Founder/Practice Owner sets the practice vision and goals, hires and manages staff, oversees operations, and builds relationships with providers, community leaders and community-based organizations.Villagers' partner practices are organized around integrated primary care and behavioral health services. We're committed to Value-Based Care and work with partners to successfully participate in risk-sharing agreements, helping partners coordinate care for complex patients.
