Join our 5x Magnet-designated Top Massachusetts recognized team at Winchester Hospital, where there are career opportunities for experienced nurses to be part of our growing 229-bed health care organization powered by delivering community hospital compassion with high-quality personalized care.Available positions (full time, part time and per diem) are as follows:Inpatient Services (Med/Surg), Progressive Care/Cardiac Unit, Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Room and Pediatrics/Med Surg AdultYour key responsibilities will include:Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patient's progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectivenessCollaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patientSupport and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomesRequired qualifications include:Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or obtain BSN within 5 years of hireCurrent license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of MassachusettsWork experience in unit specific specialty preferredWe are an equal opportunity employer and value a diverse workforce.
