The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to a culture of safety and quality.ResponsibilitiesProvide individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care to patients, utilizing evidence-based practice and clinical judgment.Develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.Participate in handovers, multidisciplinary rounds, and other communication forums to ensure seamless care transitions and effective teamwork.Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive work environment, promote patient satisfaction, and drive quality improvement initiatives.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research, and best practices through ongoing education and professional development.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.At least 1 year of acute care experience, preferably in a similar setting.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), or Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certifications may be required depending on department needs.Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.What We OfferA competitive salary range: $63,476 - $129,562 per year, based on experience.A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plan.Opportunities for professional growth and development through continuing education programs and career advancement.A dynamic and supportive work environment that promotes work-life balance and employee well-being.
