This opportunity allows an LPN to travel locally by working in various GSS locations within a 150-mile radius from home address, providing care with competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, flexibility, and no contract requirement.Responsibilities:Ensures the health, comfort, and safety of residents.Contributes to the assessment of residents and administers medications or treatments as ordered.Provides technical support to healthcare professionals as needed.Documents resident interactions as needed and the outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary.Counsels residents, family members, and/or resident advocate on prevention and treatment plans.Requirements:Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.How to Apply: Apply online at https://sanfordcareers.com/benefits or visit our website at https://www.good-sam.org/
