Summary: Provides basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff and ensures patient safety and well-being.Responsibilities: Meets expectations of applicable competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders. Answers patient calls and assists with eating, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Feeds patients and records their food and liquid intake. Monitors and documents patients’ vital signs and reports changes to nurses or doctors. Assists nurses or doctors with medical procedures and dressing wounds.Job Requirements: Education/Skills: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: Hospital experience preferred. Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications: BLS from the American Heart Association required.Work Schedule: 7AM - 7PMWork Type: Full Time
