Beward Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Manager to lead daily operations at our independent community pharmacy. Responsibilities include overseeing the pharmacy team, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing inventory, and providing patient counseling and clinical services. The manager will also spearhead immunization programs and engage with local healthcare providers and the community.
Requirements:
* PharmD or equivalent and current Pennsylvania pharmacist license
* Certified immunizer (or willing to obtain certification)
* Retail pharmacy experience
preferred (training provided)
* Strong communication, leader ship, and community engage ment skills
* Commitment to providing clinical services beyond traditional dispensing
Compensation and Benefits:
* Hourly rate: $70-$77,000, based on experience
* Maintained benefits: 401(k) with profit-sharing, health
insurance
* Signing bonus, relocation
allowance, and annual bonus
* Opportunity to train under current pharmacist (owner on staff until June 2025)
Schedule and Start Date:
* Monday-Friday 8a.m. - 6p.m.; Saturday 8a.m. - 12p.m. (4 days weekend every 2 weeks!)
*Pharmacist overlaps
* Preferred start date: January 2026 or sooner (applications
accepted until position is filled)
