Details of Assignment:
- 21 CRNA, 8 MDs
- 16 ORs, 4 ORs, and 3 endo suites at ASC
- Care team model: 1 in 4 medical supervision
- Case mix: tons of ortho, designated stroke center, complex neuro cases, no OB
- For call - some flexibility in what shifts are picked up
- Pager is 30 minute callback radius
- Takes 60-90 days to credential
- Active Kentucky license required
