We are seeking executive chefs to manage two new Italian cuisine restaurants in 2025. Our vision is to offer personable hospitality, excellent food, and inspirational libations. The Hudson Yards location will feature homemade pizzas and pastas in an intimate setting, while the Herald Square location will offer a casual Italian sandwich counter experience.Requirements:3+ years of experience in Italian CuisineAbility to participate in creative menu developmentExperience in BOH hiring and trainingCapacity to guide kitchen teams and maintain respect and standardsExperience in purchasing and maintaining profitable food costsWill to pitch in and execute tasks with an all-hands-on-deck attitudeWe look forward to meeting you.
