Job Description
Practice Manager directs and supervises day-to-day functions of assigned HCP Physician Practices in accordance with federal, state, local standards and AdventHealth Corporate guidelines and regulations.Manages offices in a cost-effective, efficient manner assuring that staff provides high quality care in a courteous and friendly atmosphere.Oversees start-up of new physician practices, including newly recruited physicians and established community physicians.Coordinates, monitors, and improves operations of each practice, including flow management, documentation, training, and staffing.Maintains current job descriptions and completes performance evaluations for each staff position in assigned practices.Participates in preparation of operating, salary, and capital budgets.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in any related field or a minimum of three years' of relevant supervisory experience in a healthcare, clinic, or physician group practice setting in lieu of a bachelor's degree.Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare, clinic, or physician group practice setting.Preferred qualifications:Degree in health or business administration is preferred.Certified Office Manager or Practice Manager designation is preferred.AdventHealth is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state, and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations, and ordinances.Category: Physician ServicesOrganization: AdventHealth Medical Group East FLShift: Monday-FridayLocation: Palm Coast, FL
