Your responsibilities will include: * Utilizing the nursing process components of assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation * Practicing ethically, communicating effectively, and collaborating with healthcare consumers and stakeholders * Leading within the professional practice setting and the profession * Evaluating own and others' nursing practice * Utilizing appropriate resources to plan, provide, and sustain evidence-based nursing services You must: * Graduation from an accredited school of nursing * Current BCLS certification * Be a licensed and currently registered nurse in the State of Connecticut * Have clinical specialty certification highly encouraged
