Job Summary: Provide patient care and handle intake and discharge processes for Wound Care Center patients. Assist in vein clinic and serve as Case Manager to assigned patients. Collaborate with healthcare providers and perform hyperbaric oxygen therapy duties as assigned.Key Responsibilities:Provide patient care and handle intake and discharge processesAssist in vein clinicServe as Case Manager to assigned patientsCollaborate with healthcare providersPerform hyperbaric oxygen therapy dutiesRequired Education and Experience:Degree in Nursing (ADN)Current RN license in the state of practiceBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferredMedical Surgical, Home Health or Wound Care Certification preferredRequired Skills and Abilities:Demonstrated competency in BLS (Basic Life Support)Organization, prioritization and time-management skillsBasic knowledge of regulatory/accrediting requirementsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCustomer service skills and follow-up skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsTeaching skillsPhysical Demands: Stationary position for extended periods, repetitive motions, moving about, pushing/pulling, reading, bending/stooping, communicating, reaching/grasping/touching with hands, detecting sounds by ear, writing, close, distance and peripheral vision, traveling distances, color perception, lifting/moving items up to 20 pounds, viewing computer screen for extended periods, lifting/moving items up to 75 pounds with equipment assistance, keying frequently on a computer.Work Environment: Normal office environment, exposure to mechanical equipment, patient care environment, electrical current, proximity to moving objects, exposure to Hazards (blood borne pathogens, body fluids, toxic chemicals, flammable explosive gases).Compensation: $35.17-$45.22 per hour, based on qualifications, education, experience, geography and operational needs.
