We pride ourselves on providing high-quality care in a Christian environment.Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. This includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will work collaboratively with residents, family members, and other inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan and implement care.ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse, you will:Provide individualized nursing care to residentsCollaborate with residents, family members, and other care team members to plan and implement careConduct assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate resident outcomesDelegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel as neededProvide education and support to residents and their familiesRequirementsTo be considered for this opportunity, you must:Hold a current RN license with the State Board of NursingHave a graduate degree from a nationally accredited nursing programHave experience working in a long-term care or transitional care settingBe able to pass a background check and drug screenBenefitsThe Good Samaritan Society offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and a generous time off package.
