The Salt Line - Ballston, a renowned restaurant in the heart of the bustling Ballston neighborhood, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join its dynamic team. As a key member of our management staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of service and operations, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.


Compensation Package


We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including two weeks of paid time off, company healthcare plan, and quality of life scheduling.


Job Description


As a Restaurant Manager at The Salt Line - Ballston, your primary responsibilities will include:



  • Serving as the lead manager on duty, overseeing daily shifts and operations

  • Supervising staff, providing support and development opportunities

  • Collaborating with the General Manager to achieve business objectives
