Job Description: Registered nurse role involves delivering patient-centered care through evidence-based practices and patient care models, creating a compassionate healing environment, and fostering professional growth and satisfaction. The staff registered nurse assumes responsibility for planning, delegating, and coordinating nursing care, utilizing the John Muir Medical Center Standards of Care, ANA's Standards of Practice and Professional Performance, and the California Nurse Practice Act.
