We are currently seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) to join our Laboratory department, working alongside Dr. Weller. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
The ideal candidate will possess critical thinking skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment and take decisive action is essential.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide patient care in accordance with the established scope of practice, standards, policies, values, and mission of our organization.
Required Licenses
[Kentucky, United States] Registered Nurse
Must have Valid Kentucky RN License OR compact state
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to
work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) required six months from hire date
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) six months from hire date
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) six months from hire date
Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) preferred
