Registered Nurse Summary: Coordinate patient care, provide education, and lead healthcare teams to ensure quality and safety. Assess patient needs, develop individualized plans, and implement care. Collaborate with physicians and adapt plans as needed.Assess patient needs and conditions, gathering relevant health information.Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients.Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and ancillary personnel.Adapt plans of care based on patient progress and new information.Provide quality and safe patient care, respecting patient privacy and dignity.Maintain infection prevention standards and perform aseptic techniques.Participate in education and professional development, focusing on personal growth and evidenced-based practice.Qualifications: Active Arizona RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. RNs hired after 7/1/2016 must have a BSN within 6 years. Existing staff RNs are encouraged to pursue a BSN degree.
