If you are looking to take your retail career to the next level and lead a high-performing team, we encourage you to apply.About the Role:This leadership position involves assisting the Team Leader in all aspects of daily operations, including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining creative store layouts and product displays that drive sales and customer engagement.A key component of this role is working closely with the Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets. This includes analyzing sales reports, labor costs, and inventory levels to make informed decisions about merchandise presentation, promotions, and staffing.You will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching Team Members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A passion for seafood products and a keen eye for visual merchandising are essential for this role.A minimum of 18 months' experience in retail, with 6+ months of supervisory experience, is required. Proficient mathematical skills, decision-making ability, leadership skills, and the ability to prioritize and delegate are also essential.Benefits:Whole Foods Market offers a competitive hourly salary range of $20.05 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
